Our point of view
Good homes start
with listening.
AR Residential Projects builds and renovates homes in Washington, DC and Northern Virginia. We start by listening: how you use the space, what you want to change and what a successful project looks like to you. We then take the project from scope and budget through construction, finishing and the final walkthrough, keeping you involved along the way.

Clarity before constructionUnderstand the scope, allowances and next decisions before the work moves forward.
Communication throughoutStay connected to progress, changes and the details that need your input.
Every project begins with a conversation
